Passing the Baton is a  full day event to help equip & encourage children’s workers
as they pass the baton of the faith on to the next generation.

The day includes – Keynote speaker, 14 electives and large Expo of kids ministry resources.

Registration details (registrations open early December 2020)

Note:  No registrations or payment will be accepted on the day of the conference.

* You can Book as an Individual or as part of a Group

How to register: 

ONLINE: An individual or a Group can register online and pay either by credit card, bank transfer (EFT) or cheque. The secure GoRegister site will explain the process. 

Registration costs:

* Early bird registration (pay by 1st February 2021) – $40 pp (incl. $5 earlybird discount)
.                                                      OR
* Last minute registration (2nd February 2021 onwards) – $45 pp

           Concession (under 21 or pensioners) – $5 discount on relevant above registration.

.            Group bookings (where 5+ register and pay together) – $5 discount pp on relevant above registrations (discount automatically applied)

.* Lunch $12 (optional) – Individually packed Sandwiches, fruit, cake, drinks. This years catering provided by Julie’s Kitchen. Some special dietary needs catered for: Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegetarian. Otherwise you are welcome to bring your own.

TOTAL PRICE = registration fee less concession plus lunch

e.g. 1 – for an early bird delegate under 21yo with lunch ($40 – $5 + $12) = $47
e.g. 2 – last minute adult (non-concession) delegate with lunch ($45 + $12) = $57


Other General Information:

* Morning Tea included in registration fee for everyone

* Child Care – Sorry but child care facilities are not available on the day. (The conference is
primarily designed for people who are involved as leaders in children’s ministries)

* Cancellations incur a $5 administration fee

* PTB elective presentations are not recorded.

* COVID-19 precautions will be in place and this conference is proceeding subject to state restrictions. A full refund will be given if the conference does not proceed due to COVID-19 restrictions

* As a non-commercial activity of a non-profit organisation, Passing the Baton fees are GST free
