Passing the Baton is encouraging good hygiene by the use of sanitisers, individually wrapped morning tea and lunch and cleaning. Use of the COVID SafeWA app is required plus any other Health Dept. requirements set by the Government at the time. Please assist us by participating in this.

Frequently asked questions

Can I buy a ticket on the day?
No registrations or payment will be accepted on the day of the conference. Please register online before the closing date.

Are meals included?
Lunch is an optional extra. You are welcome to bring your own lunch and snacks if you prefer. Lunch is provided by Julie’s Kitchen and includes sandwiches, fruit, cake, and drinks. Gluten free, dairy free, and vegetarian options are available – please select these when you register. Meals will be served in individual packaging as part of our Covid-safe practice.

Is morning tea provided?
Morning tea is provided for all delegates, and includes tea/coffee and muffin. Gluten free and dairy free muffins will be available.

Are childcare facilities available?
Sorry but child care facilities are not available on the day. The conference is primarily designed for people who are involved as leaders in children’s ministries.

How do I get a group discount?
Group discounts will be automatically applied when you register and pay for all members of your group (5+) together.

Is GST applicable to my registration?
As a non-commercial activity of a non-profit organisation, Passing the Baton fees are GST free.

Is there a cancellation fee?
Cancellations incur a $5 administration fee.

How will Passing the Baton remain Covid safe?
Covid-19 precautions will be in place and this conference is proceeding subject to state restrictions. Passing the Baton is encouraging good hygiene by the use of sanitisers, enlarged seating areas for distancing, individually wrapped morning tea and lunch, and cleaning. A full refund will be given if the conference does not proceed due to Covid-19 restrictions.
