REGISTRATIONS CLOSED!

Register via one of the following (Individual or Group) …

Note:
A Group is where you have 5 or more registering & paying together. Use the Group Booking link at the bottom of this page.
However, if you have less than 5 attendees that you wish to register, you must register and pay for each attendee as a separate Individual Registration using the Individuals link.

1. Individual attendees who are NOT part of a Group Booking.

You can either:
* Start a new Individual registrationonce you enter the Individual registration page, select the DARK BLUE rectangle marked ‘Register as an Individual′
OR
* Re-open an existing Individual registration to change or complete a registration that has already been started. (You will need the registration ID and Password that you received when you first registered. Once you proceed to Individual Registration, click the ‘Re-open your Registration’ tab just below the light blue strip.)

2. Group Booking

This option is only available when 5+ people from the same local church or organisation register & pay together ($5pp discount).
You will need to appoint a Group Co-ordinator who is responsible for setting up the Group & organising the registration of each of your group attendees. Only the Group Co-ordinator can register each of the groups attendees online!

GROUP CO-ORDINATOR, please read the following!
(This is a new system which is different to previous PTB online systems – you now pay after all Group attendees have been registered)

Step 1 – SET UP A GROUP. Remember to provide all your details in case we need to contact you. (Select ‘Start a Group Booking’ from within the ‘Group Online Registration’ page). Keep a record of your Group ID (e.g. B100-***-***) and Password.

Step 2 – From within your Group Registration site, the Group Co-ordinator should then REGISTER EACH ATTENDEE (including yourself if you are attending). Choose electives and lunch (optional). You can re-open your Group booking at a later date in order to add more attendees, change details or pay – you will need your Group ID and Password from Step 1.
Note – the $5 group discount will be automatically applied to each fee once you have registered 5 individual attendees.

Step 3 – Once you have registered all your attendees (maybe at some later stage), then you will need to PAY (Payment centre) within your online group Booking. The Payment option is not available until you meet the minimum 5 registrations. You can do further payments and changes afterwards if necessary (re-open your Group booking).
